This application is for permanent residents or Canadian citizens who wish to correct errors made by Citizenship and Immigration Canada when recording certain personal information on the Record of Landing or Confirmation of Permanent Residence.
These historical documents will not be amended to reflect changes in your civil status situation since they were issued to you, for example, a name change due to marriage.
