As of December 1, 2011, new applications for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program and the Provincial Nominee Program must be mailed to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

| Office Hours: | Opening hours to schedule an appointment to submit an application and/or obtain information including instructions for paying fees (no appointment necessary): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00. Please note that the Visa Section is only able to serve a limited number of clients each day and it may not be possible to serve each person who comes to the Embassy. Clients are seen on a first come, first served basis, and are therefore encouraged to arrive early. Opening hours for submission of visa applications (by appointment only): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Please note that our office will be closed on Statutory Holidays. |
