March 2011
This report presents the results of an evaluation of the Going to Canada Immigration Portal (GTC-IP) Initiative. Guided by an evaluation matrix and logic model, the study examined the Initiative’s relevance and performance, and sought to provide key recommendations which can facilitate ongoing improvements to the operation of the GTC-IP and future policy decisions. The services of Malatest and Associates consulting firm were retained by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to assist with the conduct of the evaluation between April and December, 2010.
