        person was a British subject.

  SN:   A certificate granted under the Naturalization Act
        to a person who had been naturalized under a Local

  SN:   A certificate issued under the Naturalization Act 
        to confirm re-admission to British subject status 
        (no children included).                           

Series G
  FRA:  Série G
  SN:   A certificate issued under the Naturalization Act 
        to confirm re-admission to British subject status

Series H
  FRA:  Série H
  SN:   A certificate issued under the Naturalization Act 
        to a wife of a man naturalized in Canada upon her 
        declaration to acquire British nationality. See   
        the Citizenship Policy manual for a more detailed 
        definition.                                       

Series I

  SN:   A certificate of retention granted under the      
        Naturalization Act to a married women whose       
        husband had ceased to be a British subject. See   
        the Citizenship Policy manual for a more detailed 
        definition.                                       

Series J

  SN:   A certificate of retention granted under the      
        Naturalization Act to a British-born woman married
        to an enemy alien.                                

Series K
  FRA:  Série K
  SN:   A certificate of resumption issued under the      
        Naturalization Act to a person who had ceased to  
        be a British subject during his or her minority   
        because his or her father ceased to be a British  
        subject. A declaration had to be made within one  
        year after attaining majority.
