Application process – China Transit Program

If airport authorities and airlines meet the minimum China Transit Program eligibility criteria, they are invited to submit a formal business case directly to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Completed business cases will be jointly assessed by CIC and the CBSA.
