Notice - CIC Call Centre hours extended this weekend

From inside Canada, you can reach the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.  We can also be reached by email at question-Haiti@cic.gc.ca.

This weekend (February 6-7), the Call Centre will be open as well, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern time, to respond to the increased volume of calls on Canada’s special immigration measures for Haitian nationals.
