Announcement of the Beijing Student Partners Program

Minister Kenney announces that Canada is stepping up its efforts to recruit qualified Chinese students to Canada through the expansion of the Beijing Student Partners Program (SPP). The SPP was developed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) in cooperation with the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC)
