News Release – Minister Kenney announces citizenship judge reappointment

Ottawa, September 10th, 2009 — Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney today announced the reappointment of Citizenship Judge Raminder Gill in Toronto for a three-year full-time term.

Citizenship judges are responsible for making decisions with regard to citizenship applications, presiding over citizenship ceremonies and administering the oath of citizenship to new citizens.
