Strategic Outcomes and Program Activity Architecture (in effect April 1, 2011)
Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s four strategic outcomes describe the long-term results that the Department’s programs are designed to achieve. The Department’s Program Activity Architecture, following, provides an inventory of departmental programs and activities, and describes their linkages to the four strategic outcomes. It also provides the foundation for financial and performance reporting to Parliament.
