How do I submit my application?

Immigration applications:

Depending on where you are, there are different places to submit your immigration application. Depending on what you are applying for you may mail your application to a Visa Application Centre abroad or online. For further details, see the application instruction guide (and if you are applying to a visa office abroad, their website). The guide will have any specific mailing instructions, such as envelope size or acceptable couriers.

Citizenship applications:

All citizenship applications must be submitted to the Case Processing Centre in Sydney (CPC-S). However, if you are outside Canada and applying for a citizenship certificate (proof of citizenship), you may submit your application to the closest Canadian Consulate abroad. They will forward it to the Case Processing Centre in Sydney.
