I’ve lost my citizenship certificate. How do I get it replaced?
To replace your citizenship certificate, apply for a new certificate (CIT 0001) to the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia. You can replace it if it has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, or if you had a legal name change.
