Where are CIC’s visa offices?
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has visa offices around the world. They process many types of applications for people located outside Canada.
By going to the website of the visa office responsible for your area you can view useful information, such as:
- the services offered by that office;
- the mailing address;
- telephone and fax numbers (if applicable); and
- the email address for enquiries.
If you are emailing with general enquiries, you should try to include all your questions in one message. Visa offices get many questions every day and try their best to address most of them. However, visa office employees focus first on processing applications. Therefore, it may take some time to get a response.
