How long will the pause on entrepreneur applications last?

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has not decided when it will lift the pause of applications. The Department is reviewing the program to ensure Canada can better attract and retain innovative entrepreneurs. The Department is now consulting with stakeholders on a possible new “Start Up Visa” for immigrant entrepreneurs.
