What documents will I get after I invest?
You will get a zero-interest promissory note. It is not transferable. You cannot sell it, but you can use it as collateral for a loan.
When it matures (in approximately five years and three months), you must return it to Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Then you will get your C$800,000 investment back.
