How do I upgrade my browser?

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has tested four web browsers that work with the online payment service. You can link directly to these sites to download or upgrade your browser.

• Internet Explorer,
• Firefox,
• Chrome and
• Safari.

If you use another browser, check with your software supplier to make sure that your browser supports 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. CIC is not responsible for any problems related to downloading and installing software. Your software supplier should provide technical support.
