Which international students cannot apply under the Canadian Experience Class for permanent residence?
You cannot apply if you:
- earned your only credentials in English as a second language or French as a second language (also known as ESL or FSL); or
- studied in Canada under an award from the Government of Canada where you are required to return home after completion of the program.
