How long do you foresee the federal Immigrant Investor Program pause being in place?

CIC will be consulting with stakeholders, provinces and territories to determine how best to make changes to the current Immigrant Investment Program. This will include discussing ways to avoid future backlogs, as well as to ensure the future effectiveness of the program. Depending on the outcome of the consultations, the Department will assess options on the way forward for this program.
