1. Prepare your documents
To withdraw your application
- complete and sign the Request for Withdrawal of Citizenship Application Form [CIT 0027] (PDF, 772 KB)
- If you applied as a family or a group, each applicant must fill out and sign the form (1 form per applicant, including minors if applicable).
- get a copy of your fee receipt
