As of December 1, 2011, new applications for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program and the Provincial Nominee Program must be mailed to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

| Office Hours: | Opening hours to schedule an appointment and/or obtain information: Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00. Please note that the visa office is only able to serve a limited number of applicants each day and it may not be possible to serve each person who comes to the Embassy. Applicants are seen on a first come, first served basis, and are therefore encouraged to arrive early. Opening hours for submission of visa applications (by appointment only): Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00. You can also submit your application through one of the Canadian visa application centres (VACs). Client service agents at the VACs are available to help you fill out your forms and ensure your application is complete. Please note that the visa office will be closed on Statutory Holidays. |
