Visa office-specific instructions
These instructions are part of the Business Immigrant – Simplified Application Process for permanent resident status in Canada. This is step three in your application. Make sure you complete steps one and two.
Determine which Canadian visa office is responsible for:
- the country in which you are residing, provided you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year; or
- your country of nationality.
Check the list of countries and visa offices to find out where you must send your application. Read the instructions carefully. You will find:
- instructions about where to send your application; and
- instructions about how to pay the fees.
