Studying in Canada — Applying for a study permit outside Canada (IMM 5269)

Where do I apply?

You must submit your application to the Canadian visa office responsible for your area, for processing. Consult the relevant visa office or its website regarding accepted methods of submitting applications (such as general mail, in person, by courier, etc.).

Note: If you are from the U.S.A., Greenland, or St. Pierre and Miquelon, you can apply at a Canadian port of entry.
