All new family sponsorship applications must first be mailed to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

The Visa office in Tripoli only receives temporary resident applications and travel documents requests for permanent residents returning to Canada. These applications are then sent to the Visa office in Tunis where they are processed.
