People living in Uzbekistan should apply to their local police stations. Please ensure you request that your police certificate is issued by the Information centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at 1 Radzhabi street, Tashkent 700029.

People living outside Uzbekistan should apply to the Consular Section of the nearest Embassy of Uzbekistan.
