Applications are available upon request from the regional departments of the Ministry of Interior of Belarus (Управление Внутренных Дел). Applicants must present a valid passport and pay the applicable fees.

Non-Resident Requests
If you are a citizen of Belarus or have resided in that country for a period of more than six months, but are presently residing outside of Belarus, you should apply for a police certificate at the nearest Belarusian diplomatic mission.
