How and where do I obtain one?

People living in and outside Kazakhstan should apply to their local Public Service Centre. Police certificates are issued by a regional or the main Department of Special Records of the Committee of Legal Statistics and Special Records, Office of Prosecutor General in Astana.

People living outside Kazakhstan can also apply to the Consular Section of the nearest Embassy of Kazakhstan.
