Text version: British Columbia and Yukon Region Organization Chart
This chart is a hierarchical representation of the reporting relation between CIC staff in British Columbia and Yukon Region.
At the top of this chart is the Regional Director General (RDG) who is supported by an Executive Assistant who in turn is supported by an Administrative Assistant. The RDG is also supported by several corporate support functions as follows:
- Programs
- Finance and Administration
- Information Management and Technologies
- Communications and Executive Services
- Human Resources
- 2010 Olympics
In addition, an operations directorate also reports directly to the RDG. This directorate is comprised of six sub-organizational lines of operation as follows:
- Corporate Services
- Client Services and Community Outreach which has one sub-unit that report up called Outreach, Promotion and Multiculturalism.
- Integration and Citizenship which has four sub units called Immigration Landing and Documentation, Citizenship Vancouver, Citizenship Surrey and Refugee Assistance Program
- Immigration which has four sub units called Inland Processing, PRRA, Refugee Integrity and Operational Services
- Kelowna which has two sub units called Prince George and Whitehorse
- Victoria which has one sub unit called Nanaimo

Text version: British Columbia and Yukon Region Committee Structure
This chart is a hierarchical representation of the reporting relation between British Columbia and Yukon Region committees.
The chart has two levels and depicts the main oversight committee in the region as the Regional Executive Committee (REC). REC is supported by three other committees in the region. These are Regional Management Committee (R-+MC), Regional Leadership Assembly (RLA) and the Operational Management Table (OMT).
