Key Players Involved in NHQ Monitoring and Oversight of Immigration Controlled Form

Information Management Directorate

• Manage contracts with supplier and warehouse
• Receive/process orders for forms
• Manage warehouse inventory
• Monitor end-user reporting requirements
• Issue guidance to end users

International Region

• Oversee and issue guidance to CIC offices abroad, which use forms for processing
• Address issues raised by IMD regarding CIC offices abroad

Corporate Security

• Set physical security requirements in contracts

CBSA

• Report to CIC on CBSA immigration controlled forms usage
• Incidents to be reported to CBSA Enforcement and Comptrollership branches
