3.2 Scope
The scope included an assessment of HPM-related activities at the CPCs in Sydney, Mississauga and Vegreville, as well as HQ responsibilities in this area. This review was used as the basis for following up on the findings and recommendations of the 1998 review. It sought to examine more than the technical aspect of the HPM system, which was the only factor covered in the pilot project review.
