been held between IR and the Enforcement Branch to begin the development
of an anti-fraud strategy.

a) The Enforcement Branch has requested allocations under the public safety budget to establish a basic Fraud Prevention Division. This initiative includes the creation of 12 positions, including a director at the PM-6 level, an AS-1 administrative assistant, four PM-4 and two PM-5 analysts, and an FS-2 analyst. Staffing actions and creation of office space are under way with a target completion date of March 2003. | RID in consultation with SED and regions | March 2003 |
