1.2 Scope
The scope of the audit at the ports of entry was to review the control framework for the operational controls identified above. The most active land and air ports of entry within each region were selected, as well as ports of entry with high volumes of revenues (see Appendix B). Discussions were also held with officials at regional offices that have responsibilities in the areas covered by the audit.
