7.2. Security of Key Documents
The Seattle Mission maintains KDs in deep storage; only the FCO, the IPM and the DFAIT security officer have access. Recommendations
13. Only CBOs, DIOs or NIOs should affix seals, in a secure area, and these people are the only individuals who should control the seals.
14. Only the FCO and the CBO backup should have access to the working supply of IMM 1000-CONs and IMM 1442s. Therefore, (section removed).
