7.3. Control Registers and Detailed Usage Logs
The Seattle Mission has a control register for each KD. When the Mission receives KDs, the FCO records the serial numbers on the control register and numbers each of the boxes to ensure that the forms are used in numerical order. The FCO initials the register to provide evidence that KDs have been removed to working storage.
The program secretary maintains a manual log of IMM 1000-CON forms printed on (section removed). A computerized log is generated by CAIPS and is maintained by a DIO. The two logs are compared (section removed) to ensure
