Distribution Procedures
In addition to access to an order form from the CIC website, available through the CIC Home Page and located at www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp, the Department sends, in June or July, order forms for CCW supplies to everyone who ordered supplies the previous year (about 6,000), public libraries (about 500), federal libraries (about 150), missions abroad (about 100), SPOs and NGOs (about 1,500). In late September or early October, a repeat mailing is sent to a list of all elementary schools, to all provinces and territories, and to the offices of Senators, Members of Parliament and their constituency offices.
