CIT 0025 Notice to appear - Hearing with a citizenship judge The Citizenship Judge needs more information to make a decision about the citizenship application. The Judge will determine whether the applicant meet all the requirements for citizenship.

Interpreters

IMM1265 Interpreter Declaration Used in cases where an interpreter is required to translate an oral statement/written text in order to demonstrate that the person in question fully understood the statement/text. A copy should be kept in the applicant’s file.
CIT 1-0117B Interpreter’s Oath Used to confirm that the interpreter took the oath during a citizenship hearing.
