Update to the instructions related to the International Experience Canada Program bilateral agreements and arrangements

Summary

The program delivery instructions (PDIs) have been updated to provide clarifications on medical certificate and police certificate requirements.

In addition, International Experience Canada (IEC) has negotiated a new bilateral agreement with San Marino, which will allow clients from this country to apply for an IEC work permit under the Working Holiday category. Information about eligibility requirements for IEC applicants who are coming from San Marino under the Working Holiday category has been included in the bilateral agreement PDIs.

Note: The youth mobility agreements between Canada and Ukraine and between Canada and Mexico are currently under review. As a result, invitations to apply are not being sent at this time.
