Access the Partner Portal

The Government of Canada now uses Access Key instead of epass for secure login. If you were previously registered with epass to access the Partner Portal, you will have to complete a one-time upgrade to Access Key.

To upgrade to Access Key, you will have to enter your current epass user ID and password in the Access Key login page. You will be asked to enter your epass information once more to complete the upgrade. Once completed, you will need to log into the Partner Portal.
